The Product

ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.




The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Country Manager Italy ready to play a key role in our growth and expansion across the Italian market.

If you’re ambitious, energetic, and have solid commercial experience, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-scaling environment.

You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in Italy, leading the development of both SME and Corporate business, managing a team of experienced salespeople, and crafting winning strategies to conquer the market!




Your Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion: Define and implement an effective sales strategy to grow our customer base.
  • Inspire and lead the team: Manage, support, and grow a team of 6 sales professionals, building a high-performance, success-oriented culture.
  • Build strategic relationships: Manage a few Key Accounts and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze the market: Monitor trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Be a hands-on leader: Join your team in the field, help your team negotiate, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the global team: Work with marketing, product, and other departments to align local strategies with the international vision.
  • Track performance: Keep an eye on KPIs and report progress to the leadership team.




Who We’re Looking For

  • A seasoned sales professional with a strong background in commercial roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • ⁠An entrepreneurial mind ready for a scale-up journey: flexible, pragmatic, strategic, and solution-oriented.
  • An inspiring leader with proven experience managing teams and the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • ⁠A strong communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, capable of handling internal and external relationships effectively.
