We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to accelerate ShippyPro’s growth, with a primary focus on enabling our Sales Team through best-in-class CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational tooling.
Reporting to our Sales Country Manager, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our CRM is accurate, structured, and trusted—so Sales can execute faster and leadership can make decisions with confidence. You’ll own data quality end-to-end (from pipeline hygiene to lifecycle stages), build the dashboards that run our business, and continuously improve the workflows, automation, and processes that keep deals moving. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning messy inputs into clean systems, and who gets energy from making Sales teams more effective every single day.
About us
Our journey began with a vision to “Make people work better.”
Today, after a $15M Series B funding round, we’re on a rapid growth trajectory, transforming how companies worldwide deliver their products.
This is not just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something that’s moving fast and leaving a mark. You’ll be a key part of the engine that drives our voice, our story, and our daily presence in the market.
We’re a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity is built through execution. You’ll work with people who care about quality, speed, and impact and you’ll grow quickly if you’re willing to test, learn, and improve every week.
The product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The challenge
We’ve built a sales machine that works.
Now we need someone who can help us turn what we know into daily execution: clean data, consistent processes, and a CRM everyone trusts.
You’ll keep our CRM hygienic and reliable, build the dashboards our Sales Country Manager uses to run the business, and continuously improve workflows and tooling so the Sales team can focus on selling. You’ll stay on top of what’s breaking, learn what drives performance, and ship improvements continuously.
What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of Revenue Operations Specialist activities, from discovery to delivery.
Develop and manage a pipeline aligned with enabling our Sales Team through best-in-class CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational tooling.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Execute consultative discovery and tailor ShippyPro’s value proposition.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
Own CRM hygiene as your #1 responsibility: data completeness, deduplication, field standards, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and ongoing audits.
Build and maintain Sales dashboards and KPIs (pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win/loss, activity metrics, cycle time, forecast accuracy), ensuring a single source of truth for the Sales Country Manager.
Drive pipeline governance: enforce stage definitions, required fields, next steps, close date accuracy, deal review readiness, and consistent sales process adherence.
Set up and iterate lead and deal routing rules, SLAs, and task automation to improve speed-to-lead and reduce leakage.
Support forecasting routines: prep weekly forecast views, surface risks, highlight stuck deals, and maintain clean reporting logic.
Create and maintain sales operational playbooks: naming conventions, required fields, how-to guides, and best practices that are easy to follow.
Improve RevTech operations: implement workflows, sequences, meeting links, templates, and automations that reduce manual work for reps.
Act as the first-line support for CRM usage: troubleshoot issues, train the team, and drive adoption of the “right way” to use the system.
Collaborate with Marketing and CS to ensure handoffs are clean (lead → opportunity → onboarding), and definitions are aligned.
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years in a SaaS or high-growth environment (RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or CRM Ops).
Strong consultative and analytical skills—you can turn questions into measurable dashboards and clear actions.
Hands-on HubSpot expertise (or comparable CRM experience) including properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting, permissions, and data governance.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets. SQL and BI tooling are a plus.
Track record of improving CRM hygiene and sales process adoption (required fields, validation rules, stage discipline, dedupe, enrichment).
Ability to challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and ship practical solutions.
Operational mindset: structured, detail-oriented, consistent follow-through, and proactive about issues before they become problems.
Clear communication and training skills—Sales teams trust you because you make their jobs easier.
Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
Bonus: experience with enrichment/routing/automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Zapier/Make) and basic data modeling concepts.
Why join us
Be part of a fast-scaling tech company with global reach and ambitious goals.
Work on a product that solves real problems and delights customers.
Smart, international team and a culture that values speed, autonomy, and customer obsession.
Career Growth Programs: clear growth paths, structured goals, continuous feedback.
Perks: meal vouchers (remote or onsite), no clock-in/out policy, one-time home office allowance, welfare, learning budget, mental healthcare.
Compensation: aligned with seniority + performance-based bonus.
