The product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The challenge
We’ve built something that works.
Now we need someone who can help us turn what we know into high-impact video content, daily.
You’ll transform product insights, data, behind-the-scenes moments, and industry trends into short-form videos that educate, entertain, and build authority.
We don’t want “corporate videos.”
We want scroll-stopping content.
What you’ll do
Create and publish short-form videos (Reels / Youtube Shorts / TikTok-style / LinkedIn vertical) on a daily or near-daily basis.
Shoot high-quality video content (smartphone or camera), including:
Talking-head videos
Office & behind-the-scenes content
Product snippets
Event coverage
Interviews
Edit videos with strong hooks, dynamic cuts, captions, subtitles, transitions, and trend-driven formats.
Study and replicate high-performing formats (hooks, pacing, storytelling structure, visual style).
Integrate AI tools into your workflow to speed up ideation, scripting, editing, subtitles, and repurposing.
Turn one core idea into multiple video variations for different platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CEO to turn insights into engaging video narratives.
Maintain a simple but consistent content pipeline (weekly production planning).
Own the final output: quality, rhythm, clarity, brand tone.
What you’ll bring (must-have)
Strong passion for video creation and editing.
Ability to shoot high-quality videos using smartphone or camera (framing, lighting, audio basics).
Hands-on experience editing short-form content for social platforms.
Good sense of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention.
Comfort with a fast execution rhythm and daily publishing.
Curiosity to study creators, trends, formats, and constantly improve.
A practical mindset: test → publish → analyze → improve.
Good written and spoken English.
Tools (expected / you’re comfortable learning fast)
Editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.
Subtitling and captioning tools.
Basic graphic support tools (Canva / Figma).
AI tools for scripting, ideation, editing acceleration, voice cleanup, auto-captioning, etc.
Ability to adapt content to different platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

Technical interview with our CEO
A deep discussion of your experience, your creative thinking, and how you approach building content that performs.
Final skills assessment
This includes a practical evaluation of your skills, such as a take-home video assignment.
