The product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The challenge
We’ve built something that works.
Now we need someone who can help us turn what we know into daily content: clearly, consistently, and with personality.
You’ll create and publish content across our blog and social channels, combining strong writing with photo and short-form video production. You’ll stay on top of trends, learn what performs, and ship content daily.
What you’ll do
Write and publish blog articles (news, guides, educational pieces) with a SEO-first approach.
Create daily social content (copy + visuals), including:
Posts and captions
Photos and simple graphics
Short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style)
Research and track social trends (formats, hooks, creators, editing styles, audios) and turn them into content ideas.
Maintain a simple editorial calendar (weekly/monthly) and execute consistently.
Repurpose content across formats (e.g., one blog post → multiple posts + one short video).
Collaborate with Marketing/Product/Sales to turn insights into clear, engaging stories.
Own quality: clarity, tone of voice, grammar, structure, strong headlines and CTAs.
What you’ll bring (must-have)
Excellent written English (clear, correct, easy to read).
A “hands-on” attitude: you enjoy creating, testing, publishing, improving — fast.
Strong time management and comfort with a daily output pace.
Good understanding of SEO basics (keywords, search intent, article structure).
Ability to shoot high-quality photos/videos with a smartphone (lighting, framing, audio).
Familiarity with major social platforms and their content formats (Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok).
Curiosity and discipline to study trends and keep learning.
Tools (expected / you’re comfortable learning fast)
Basic editing with tools like CapCut / Canva / Premiere / Figma (or equivalents).
Ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences.
