The Product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.

We want someone who engineers growth.
ShippyPro has real traction, a product that works, and a market that’s wide open. Your job is to take that and build the engine: multi-channel acquisition, content flywheels, paid media that scales, lifecycle flows that convert.
You’ll run experiments fast, kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.

What You’ll Do
Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral
Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention
Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond — optimizing for CAC and ROI
Build and scale a content flywheel that feeds SEO and inbound growth
Set up and optimize lifecycle flows and nurture sequences in HubSpot
Monitor and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates
Leverage AI tools to automate, personalize, and accelerate campaign execution
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align on growth priorities
What You’ll Bring
~5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple channels
Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just dashboards
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Solid understanding of SEO and content-driven growth strategies
Growth hacking mindset — you spin up landing pages, hijack a channel creatively, and extract customer signal fast
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a plus
Tools you’re comfortable with:
HubSpot (CRM, automation, CMS)
Google Analytics / GA4
A/B testing and experimentation tools
AI tools for content, workflows, and campaign optimization (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
Data visualization tools (Looker, Databox, or similar)
