We’re not selling a tool — we’re selling a complete operational transformation: shipping process digitization, workflow integration, and full operational control. This is a consultative sale with longer cycles and larger deals.

ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries.
It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The challenge
You will lead enterprise deals for our shipping platform, helping organizations transform their shipping operations. By combining consultative sales with logistics expertise, you’ll guide customers to measurable outcomes while expanding ShippyPro’s footprint in Italy and Europe. Your impact is visible in both successful customer adoption and the company’s strategic growth.

What you’ll do:
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: from first contact to closing
Handle complex deals with multiple stakeholders (operations, IT, finance, C-level)
Build long-term relationships with prospects
Run in-depth discovery to understand processes and opportunities
Position ShippyPro as a strategic partner
Collaborate with the team on implementation and Customer Success handover
Participate in events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Bring strategic insights from the market to the product team
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
Logistics or supply chain background
Experience with long sales cycles (60–90+ days) and complex deals
Ability to manage conversations at C-level
Consultative mindset: you listen before you sell
Proven track record closing deals above €10K
Autonomy, ownership, strong results orientation
Fluent Italian, professional English

Compensation: fixed salary is within the €43k–€58k range + ≥40% bonus.
